Following on from the Covid-19 pandemic, Interfoam felt it was important to bring our employees together to boost team performance and motivation, whilst having a fun, active day out! Interfoam therefore arranged a day out of laser tag for our willing employees at Urban Battlefields, in Milton Keynes!
At Interfoam we appreciate the importance of team building to emphasise collaboration and socialising, whilst enhancing our company culture. We aim to show employees our appreciation throughout the year through various events and celebrations held, including this great day out of laser tag. By splitting into two teams, it enabled our employees to work together, whilst also providing competition between the two teams and bring productivity into a fun, team building activity. This team building activity also provided the opportunity for members to bring their families, so everyone could get involved in what was a fun day out!
A huge thank you to Urban Battlefields who hosted a great day out for all our team members and their families! Urban Battlefields is a new, local business founded in 2020 who we are proud to support and would recommend to any groups looking for a fun, yet competitive, active day out!
Interfoam aim to continue the success of this event with future team building activities outside of the workplace, encouraging our team to work together and socialise in different environments to improve the overall productivity and team spirit at Interfoam.
